Returning your order

We obviously hope that you enjoy your order, however if you do wish to return anything or exchange it, then please read our returns policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels remaining.

You must complete the returns form, and send the item(s) to the address shown in the shipping section below and include a reference to your order number.

You can use the same returns form to track progress of your return as well.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the product is defective in any way, we will refund you the full order value plus a maximum of £10 to cover the return postage costs.

If you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be fully refunded for your entire order including original postage costs, but not any return postage costs


We only replace items if they are defective, sized incorrectly or damaged.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You must complete the returns form, and mark your order number with the item(s) you are returning.
